Beeston Enterprises Ltd. (“Beeston” or the “Company”) is a Nevada
Corporation with offices in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The
Company’s shares are listed for trading on NASDAQ, Inc’s OCTBB (Symbol:
BESE).
The Company originally intended to develop a business as a medical
diagnostic imaging service provider in Western Canada. However,
management chose to move in a different direction and in 2006 Beeston
began acquiring interests in various mining properties in British
Columbia, Canada. As a result, the Company changed its business plan to
that of a mineral exploration and development company.
